2) What discipline do you teach?
- We are proud to offer both English and Western
riding.

3) When can I start/ How do I sign up?

5) What if I don't have a helmet?
- Helmet's are required for all riding lessons. If
you do not own one,
Central Illinois Equestrian Center will provide one
for you to use.
6) What Should I Wear?
-Comfortable clothes (jeans, stirrup pants) and
low-heeled shoes (sneakers not recommended).

7) When should I arrive?
-Arrive about a half hour before each class to
check in, see which horse you are riding and tack
up.

8) Do you provide riding helmets?
-Yes! Certified riding hats are provided to each
student.

Students are welcome to arrive early and stay later
to learn more about horses and the fascinating
equestrian world from other riders and our team!

1-Is there a weight Limit?
- Yes, 270lb maximum.

2- Is there a height requirement?
- No you must be 8 years old to go on the trail.

3- Can we ride double? Can a child ride with me?
- No, Insurance does not allow double riding.

4- Can I ride on the trail if I have never ridden
before?
- Yes, our horses are prepared and trained for all
types of riders. We also provide EVERYONE
safety tips verbally and in writing!

5- Should we Tip our Guide?
- Sure, especially if you enjoyed your ride! Your
trail guide gladly accepts tips. THANK YOU!

6- Are there group rates available?
- Yes, please call  309-968-5224 or email
7- What should we wear?
- Jeans and Outdoor foot wear such as
work-boots, hiking boots are preferred but we
will allow tennis shoes (but it is not
recommended) No shorts, No sandals, and
especially No flip-flops.

8- We have children under age 8 in our group.
What are our options?
- Trail rides are for ages 8 and up, so bring an
extra adult to accompany the


9- Can we wear a riding helmet on the ride?
- Yes, some riders bring helmets from home, and
other's borrow one from us. We have helmets in
ALL sizes available
FREE OF CHARGE!

10- What if I have a mental or physical challenged
child, can they ride?
-Yes, if they are 8 or older and can understand
and will follow Guide instructions Communicate
to Guide if there's a problem tightly hold reins;
and can keep feet in stirrups.

11-  I'm pregnant, can I ride?
-We are sorry but the answer is no.

12- Any other restrictions ?
-NO smoking and cell phones MUST be turned
off.
