Purchase Lease
$250 per month

Payment for Twelve Months (1-year contract)
The horse remains at our barn for the 12 month period
during payment

Not included in the $250 per month payment
  • farrier
  • vet
  • wormer
  • and any incidentals that you horse would need

At the end of the 1-year contract the horse is yours and
the papers will be signed over to your name.

You do not need horse experience for this lease.  
You will learn from us how to take care of your new
horse while being kept at our barn for the 12 month
period.

A contract will need to be signed.  
Trail Ride Lease (share-lease)
$100 per month
  • You may have a horse to ride whenever you would like

  • With this lease you call and we will have your horse ready for
    the trail

  •  You would share your horse with two other persons but there
    is plenty of time for riding in the beautiful Sand Ridge State
    Forest.  

  • You would not own the horse but would have the horse
    available anytime that you would like

  • The calendar would be set up a month in advance for ride times
    so there would be no confusion as to what time slot would be
    available

  • There is a contract to sign and the $100 per month must be
    paid in full at the first of the month.

You are required to have horse experience for this lease to be able to
go out on the trails by yourself without instruction.
4-H Lease
$100 per month

During the show season you may lease a horse for 4-H shows  
All of our horses are registered with a premise ID for our barn
We have a variety of horses to lease along with a variety of colors  
  • Quarter Horses
  • Standardbreds
  • Paints  
  • Ponies  
Must have horse experience or one of our students to Lease
Full Ride Lease
$250 per month

The horse remains at our barn during lease

You will be the only person to ride the horse

We reserve the right to use the horse for lessons if deemed
necessary

You will be required to have horse experience for this lease in
order to go out on the trails by yourself.
You will also be required to sign a liability waiver.

A contract will need to be signed on a month to month basis
and must be paid in full at the beginning of the month.
